Creating this beautiful box just filled my soul with warmth and light! Celebrating the festival which falls between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice - Beltane.

Beltane is commonly known as May Day. The lighting of bonfires, decorating homes with flowers, dancing and feasting to welcome the start of Summer.

Hand drawn, hand burned and hand painted with colors exuding light and love; I drew this particular design as it shows how life, love, nature entwine and grow together.

The box is made from bass wood and measures approximately 4.75”x3”x2.5” in its outer dimensions. It is large enough to hold a few crystals, or treasured bits and pieces.

On the inside of the lid, there is enough room for a little something - a quote, names, short blessing…just let me know what you’d like.

As this item is hand burned & painted on an organic material, there will be differences in burn depths, paint absorption - a sure sign that this is made by me with love, not by a machine.
