All items will be mailed using USPS First Class Domestic or International mail unless otherwise specified or requested and mutally agreed.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the packaged item and the location it is to be shipped to.
I do not charge handling fees or make a profit from any shipping - you will pay the exact cost incurred to BellesHearts from USPS
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. BellesHearts is not responsible for delays due to customs.
As all items are handmade to order, during busy times, they may take up to 10 business days to make. If you need an item sooner, please contact me BEFORE you place your order to ensure that this can be accommodated.
BellesHearts is not responsible for any delays in shipping; once your package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS). However, I am more than happy to assist in any way I can should you experience a delay.
Any digital downloads will be available to download as soon as payment has cleared.
